What Audiences Are Saying About The Show:
"A profoundly feminist...and engaging production!"
"It is profoundly disturbing to hear how contemporary the descriptions sound. Equally disturbing is the fact that though these words relate to a war time situation, the idea of women as “prizes” and their experience of men could equally relate to what we are learning about the experiences of women at the hands of Harvey Weinstein …and others…in the Hollywood establishment." - Robert L. Brashear Read More! |
."Great acting, Must see, Profound, Relevant, Great staging. See it if you are interested in seeing a beautifully acted 2500-yr-old play still speak to us today. This production is a treasure"
- gloria 6311, ShowScore Member "The translation: Gorgeous; a major reason to go...All of the major scenes sparked of surprise, grief, rage, and finished strong." - Stephi L, ShowScore Member |
"This is what you want from a production of Trojan Women."
-Kendra 6234, ShowScore Member "Particularly strong was the performance of Marcie Henderson as Hecuba who, once a queen, was still the moral center of the women. She brought a great range of strength, grief and rage at the right spots." - Bill B 6229, ShowScore Member Read more from ShowScore Members! |
